New York State Dept. Of Health To Hold Meeting on Findings

01/31/2013 -- The New York State Department of Health will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, February 13, 2013, to discuss its recently released evaluation of cancer occurrence and environmental exposures in the area of Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve Plant and Grumman sites in Bethpage.

New Program Offers Protection for Water Service Line Breaks

01/25/2013 -- Bethpage, NY (January 23, 2013) – The Bethpage Water District is pleased to announce its new partnership with HomeServe USA (HomeServe), a leading provider of Emergency Home Repair Service Plans. As part of the agreement, HomeServe USA is offering customers within Bethpage, Old Bethpage, Plainview, Farmingdale and Levittown, access to low-cost water service line coverage. With recent water main breaks impacting Bethpage and surrounding communities, this protection plan offers a solution for residents to protect their finances from unexpected emergencies.
